My Recipe for vanilla cupcakes
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa butter
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup shortening
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 pinch salt
3 tablespoons milk
