曾着空闲的假日，在家亲手制作黄梨酥卷（凤梨饼）

黄梨酥卷是马来西亚人最爱的新年饼，福建话黄梨谐音为＂旺来＂，寓意新的一年旺旺🐕
黄梨酥卷的制作方法并不复杂，耐心是最大的考验😉

每颗黄梨馅6-8gm, 均匀的内馅才能做出大小一样的黄梨饼哦。

面团准备当中：
面粉，玉米粉，奶粉，牛油，蛋黄，糖粉，少许香草精

取一小部份面团放入黄梨酥模具内，挤出条状。放上一颗长条状的黄梨馅，卷起。

放进烤箱烤25分钟，刷上蛋黄液再烤5分钟。贝儿制作的黄梨酥卷完成啦！

虽然马来西亚街道到处都有在卖年饼，看着家人在新年期间品尝我为他们制作最新鲜的年饼心里总感觉特别温馨😊
