Troika sweets.
Troika sweets
In Norway we got a chocolate with the name Troika. That is one of my favourite chocolate, and happily my wife found a recipe on detsoteliv.no and made it. It tastes much better than the ones in the store. I will show you with some pictures how these sweets are made.
This is all you need. Marzipan (400gram), nougat (200gram), rasperry jelly(2boxes) and dark bakery chocolate.
Roll out the marzipan on a form( 20x30cm).
The second layer is nougat. Melt nougat in a microwawe, let it cool down a bit before rolling it over the marzipan layer. Let the form cool down a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
The third layer is rasperry jelly. Use 5dl (depending on amount) hot water to stir out the jelly powder. Cool down in the refrigerator unntil it can be poured out on the nougat layer. Stir now and then to prevent a bulky substance.
After rolling out the jelly layer you should let the form stand in the refrigerator for some hours or over the night to be sure that the jelly has stiffened properly.
Some few steps left. Start making squares in the jelly. Melt bakery chocolate to cover. Let the form stand in the refrigerator untill the chocolate has stiffened.
Christmas is just a few weeks away, but I will be surprised if there are any left until then:)
