Bagel with salmon and cream cheese.
I’m sure that it is many other recipes to find, but if you want, you can use the same as my wife did today.
Crumble 50 grams yeast in 2.5deciliters lukewarm water.
Add 3 tablespoons of sunflowers oil, 1 tea spoon of salt, 2 tbs of light syrup,2 eggs and 10 deciliters of spelled flour. Knead the dough. Then the dough must gain more volume for 30 minutes.
Shape them like donuts and boil them for 1-2 minutes, then brush them with egg and sesame seeds.
Put them in oven on 225 degrees, remove after 15 minutes.
Cut them in half and put what you like the best in between.
