Hey Guys, there is much space out there, why not to walk some steps and look around in Norwegians Nature. After waking up in my tent I recognized moist air. Outside it was super foggy but still not a reason to stay in my sleeping bag :) Let s figure out what to explore in Eggum on the Lofoten Islands in Norway!

I can not start anything without a breakfast. I can not train, I can not walk, I can not talk without my breakfast. Short I am grumpy without breakfast. My friend from Germany is usually beginning her day with jogging without breakfast and I am always wondering how she is managing it. What about you?

Beautiful foggy weather

While walking around I saw this type of head, and I just thought , ok?

jkhkjghjg.png
After changing my view position I saw the same head like this

jghjfghfg.png
I walked around in a circle and saw the same head suddenly like this

jkghjghf.png
It is still the same head :) I just thought: "Coool" :)

This head sculpture is just called "Head" in Norwegian "Hode", this head was created by an swiss artist (Markus Raetz).
He just wants to show us that the world is full of surprises. We just have to enter into the dialogue created by our sense and our physical movements. Life can surprise us if we just pay enough attention for it and not just passing the road by.

I did not figure out what this stands for. Do you have a clue? Even locals could not give me an answer ...

Really cool statue - extremely Scandinavian haha. There is a giant baby head here in Oslo that it reminds me of. That one has numbers all over the baby's face

hehe I would really like to see this giant baby, I have heard about it and I have been to Oslo but just in the park for 4 hours, I am exploring the northern part, but one day I will also explore the southern part, and the western part is a must :)

Here you go :) Let me know if you come back to Oslo, but for heaven's sake don't do it just for the statues (though there are some cool ones here). You are absolutely right that "Vestlandet" is where you need to be in Norway! (As well as where you are now in Lofoten :) )

Great post as usual, like the pictures and breakfast (hungry). Thanks for sharing

Yes, good one indeed

hehe thanks a lot :)

welcome, keep it up

Lena, why do you often repeat the same photo postings? But it does not matter te me, whatever you post is always interesting. I enjoy the beauty in different countries from your photographs. Thanks a lot.

It looks so much like Scotland. Is this still Lofoten Islands?

I would really like to visit Scotland. yeah the Lofoten Islands :)

Some parts of Scotland are amazing.. I recommend the outer hebrides. I was on the Lofoten islands in January 2012, I think I still have some pictures somewhere. It's nice to be reminded of it by your posts the last few days - hope you're having a great time!
