Baby-Boomers retiring create gaps in workforce intelligence..

Baby-boomers were born in two waves that occurred from
1946 through 1964.

It's the little things that we need to teach that were not
teached or taught before that we should consider.

Little things like tying a one-inch not at the rim of a
garbage bag to make that garbage bag "fit" it's
current container (the can.) If the intended bag is
easily placed in the can, it will fall into the can easily.
Tie a one-inch single knot at any point of the rim of
the bag to pick up SLACK of the bag, so that it will fit!

As baby-boomers retire, bits of information that help
the system work will be revealed and forced out into
the next generation of the workforce.

So much has been said in previous years about a
thing called "common sense!" Well, that sense is
not proven o be common. Perhaps, "common sense"
must be learned....... "Common Sense" will be in
or covered in the next post here.
