Should Gloria Williams go,to,jail ?

Gloria Williams 18 years ago abducted a baby from a Jacksonville hospital after she herself had suffered a miscarriage. She then by all accounts was a loving caring mother to the child who's biological parents named her Kamiyah Mobley. Now 18 years later she's been found and the woman Kamiyah believed to be her mother has been arrested. When Kamiyah saw her mother in a jail Kamiyah could be heard saying I love you Mom and on her facebook page Kamiyah said my mom’s no felon. I am of the opinion that if Kamiyah doesn't want Gloria Williams to be prosecuted for kidnapping then she shouldn't be. While clearly Gloria Williams is guilty of a horrific crime of kidnapping and robbing Kamiyah from her biological mother which is a horrific crime I feel that putting Gloria Williams in jail against the now 18 year old girl Kamiyah’s wishes would be another crime against the innocent. And to cause Kamiyah additional suffering doesn't do anyone any good. While its beyond comprehension how Gloria Williams could steal a child from her biological mother punishing her will just punish Kamiyah further.

To put Gloria in jail would only make matters worse for Kamiyah
