Greetings

I am working on B738 , all works have been done as per fim
but experiencing same issue on climb at FL 300 and light of eqpt cooling exhaust off light extinguishes at FL 150 during decent. Keeping switch to altn keeps the light illuminating.
we have changed low flow detectors , a relay (not smoke one) swapped fans etc . no help .. please help
