Serverless Aurora

So an amazing feature from AWS where Aurora now has a Serverless offering. Tl;dr is that the endpoint is a proxy service and the actual DB engine scales up or down based on need, within a set of parameters defined by the user.

Unfortunately there's still no timeline for when we'll be able to deploy this using cloudformation.
