THE AWESOME SMILE PROJECT : STEEMIANS CELEBRATE THE GIFT GIVING DAY WITH STREET KIDS IN CEBU CITY

Hello Awesome Steemians. Let me share with you the success of @steemph.cebu charity project which headed by @indayclara. This project is called "THE AWESOME SMILE : BRINGING HOPE AND LOVE TO THE STREET KIDS IN CEBU, PHILIPPINES" This Project is successful with the help some steemians who participated the events.

During the day the street kids are gathered here at ST. LOUIS AMIGO DORMITORY in front of University of San Carlos Main campus. They go their for there daily routine where they take a bath, play and eat. The sisters of dormitory will take care them until lunch and after they go home to their respective place.

Today we start our project with ART WORKSHOP which is facilitate by fellow steemians namely @christianyocte @iamqueenlevita @smaeunabs @morken who teach the children some art activities like coloring some pictures prepared by them. The participants are seriously finish the activity. They are all excited who become the winner. The winner of art workshop received a gift from steemit like headbands, watch and toys. The winner is Lovely Jean Panugaling.

We have conducted also a BASKETBALL GAME which is facilitate by Boys steemians headed by @jassennessaj @josephace135. The street kids are enjoying the game. They have fun shotting the ball evethough it has only one ring to play. The winner of the game is team @jassennessaj . There price is wrist watch. They are so happy to receive the price.

Then it was followed by GAMES. The games is facilitated by @thian2817 and yours truly @liamnov. The first game is Paper dance which is played by a Steemians and street kids partner. The last five pairs wins. The winner receives also a toy for street kids. It was followed by a Cup and straw relay it is played by three teams. The winner is @jassennessaj teams. Also the team of @smaeunabs wins for other game. All of them are enjoying playing the games because they received some prices

The most awaited part is THE GIVING OF FOODS to Street kids and also to the mother who attended the events. We have packed lunch for them to eat. As I've notice that there are children who did not eat their lunch. My heart was touch when the sisters told me that they want to bring the food for their family. They don't want to eat the food at their own. In this kind of people was keep in touch with their families.

In my observation there importance is they have a food to bring in their own family.

They don't want to eat a delicious foods and their family have no food to eat. As what I observed they bring the left over foods for their family.

The last part of the project is THE GIVING OF GIFT for them. @indayclara prepare a gift for them. We give a bed, soap powder soap and a set of dress and underwear also slippers. They are all happy to receive a gift. Because they have set of new clothes . We give also bundles of joy for their family. We are also happy for sharing our day and time to street kids. It is a great experience to all steemians with this kind of project.

This Awesome smile project would not be successful without the help of a donation.
