I've never done LSD but reading your posts gives me more insight on it and who knows right, maybe one day I'll end up doing it:P
I do meditation daily and that alone has forever changed my life... so I'd be curious to know how better that could get with psychedelics😌

Though some may disagree I always recommend starting with just a bit and increasing the dose after a few hours if you feel good with it or are not really sure what is different than before^^
The comeup is weird as your brain filters turn off, and I have recently found with a friend who has never done it before that 1/10 of a tab was the perfect starting point we could effortlessly add to after a few hours of talking and him allegedly "not feeling anything" at first. Strange, never saw him having such a good time - it was just so effortless and gentle. Such a marvellous party night with friends and if you are sensitive and aware I can definitely say: less is more., especially for the first time. There's always another opportunity to go deeper.
Funny you mention Ram Dass ;) I have only recently (finally) started listening to his lectures and it's totally my tribe and field of study.
