Fixing the Source of the noise ...
PART 1 : REMOVING THE DRIVE SHAFT
The driveshaft end that connects to the differential was banging against the body of the car!! It made a nice gash .
bad focus but the bolts that hold the shaft to the flange have been chewed up!

The drive shaft is carried by the bracket that i circled in picture 1. The bracket has a ball bearing in between some rubber material that allows it to flex and absorb vibration . After years of use the rubber eventually wears away and has to be replaced . If you look closely at picture 2 youll see the rubber around the bearing is gone . Pic 3 is a closer view of the bearing and bracket .

too remove the bearing from the shaft we had to remove a clip that held in place. Eli worked his magic .

install the new bearing and carrying bracket . !
tightening . we finished the install onto the drive shaft but next we had to remove the differential completely
PART 2 :THE BROKEN DIFFERENTIAL BOLT
DIFF DROPPED
TRYING to make a pilot hole so i can use an easy out
attempting to center the easyout . It did not work out so after this photo i stopped trying to use the drill and the easyout . I instead opted for a chisel and hammer to tap the broken bolt piece out of the diff .
