Conveyor Belt Sushi Restaurant - IoT and Automation at its best
I have always felt the need of improving the food servicing process in restaurants. There are a lot of non-value add processes delaying the delivery processes unnecessarily. Have a look at this restaurant in Japan. They have implemented just that. Just 15 people in the kitchen serving 100s of customers.. hardly any waiters.
