Our creative solutions are simple to understand, use, and customize.

We build “1-tap tools” that automate repetitive tasks and optimize human experience. Because nobody wants to deal with boring stuff. Just Tap&Go, or even better, have tasks execute automatically. Did we mention we replaced a lot of apps from all categories with dedicated scripts?

Tools we use

Shortcuts app(!), developed by Apple inc., is an application available for iPhone and iPad devices. We use it to write scripts, which we can place on a home screen as app icons or as widgets. We can also ask Siri to run the scripts / tools for us. Simple as that. Not to forget, setting up automation based on time or other events is how we eliminate some (most?) time-consuming tasks.

About us

We are a small international group of developers living by the sacred book Getting Real (37signals). The book is free and helpful for startups. It applies to lots of other life situations too. We recommend it.

What to expect?

Shortcuts app already has over 400 actions that can be combined in any order or number to create awesome tools. We expand the app with completed tools and functionality, that can be executed in the simplest possible way. Optimization is our second hobby.

Why do we use shortcuts ourselves?

Well, it’s like having a copy of human selves, that does exactly what it’s told, when it’s told, does not make mistakes, and gets things done instantly. Sometimes automatically, so it feels like hiring a personal assistant.

Business life use cases

• Automatically generate and submit (monthly and yearly) business activity documents to the government.
• Automatically pay monthly taxes to the government from a bank account.
• Create and email documents like invoices, NDAs, etc, … with almost 1 tap.
• Generate payable QR codes. Then either show it to a customer or email it / message it …
• Generate invoices in seconds (invoices for multiple projects and in multiple languages).
• Every single document for legally operating new business entities in two EU countries is created with almost no effort from the user.
• Automatically send “welcome” messages to new leads on Facebook or other platforms.
• Easily store invoices onto the cloud and import data into official financial company books at the same time.
• Automatically record times of arriving and leaving the workplace. It’s connected to our “paychecks spreadsheet”.

Personal life use cases

• Devices can greet us when we get home: the front door is automatically unlocked, lights turn on (if after sunset), our favorite song starts playing, the heater turns on, the water pump is switched on, etc.
• We get daily motivational / inspirational quotes over iMessage.
• At 12:05 PM iPhone speaks BTC price. We could even buy or sell crypto by just asking Siri.
• We copy to-do notes in received mail (Gmail) to note-taking app Bear - just 1 tap.
• We scan barcodes of every product to easily track nutrition intake.
• Track intake for food, water, and sweets of pets.
• Our phones encourage us (three times per day) to take action on our “new habits list”.
• Lock apps with a password.
• Fill up DayOne app note with heart data, daily image, joke, 3 daily questions, entertainment report, and more.
• Use smart bulbs as an indicator of outside weather temperature and wind speed.
• Lock all the doors, turn off the lights, shut the shades - by saying “Goodnight Siri”.
• Charge Mac, iPhone, or iPad when the battery falls below 15%. Stop charging when the battery at 90%. It takes meetings into account, so we always have 100% when leaving home.
• An alarm clock wakes us up with Chuck Norris's joke on the screen.
• Possibilities are endless…

Why do we get up in the morning?

For many things. Automation and optimization are somewhere at the top. Helping others in life-simplifications is also of high priority.
