These Government funded programs that Easter seals , Red Cross and other large Corporation get degraded over time without any oversight . The people who these programs are supposed to help get hurt and are just a number to keep funding under a program that takes years to determine if the program success can be measured . What an excuse .
I lived in NC, Harkers Island and we had to move to Kansas due to lack of "good "specialized health care . I understand and sympathize with your plight
I felt bad talking negative about them, but they were awful. I feel the same about the school system. Most do not educate they just want the funding. The lower the test scores and grades of the students the more federal grants they receive. I believe it should be the reverse. The healthcare system seems to be following suite. I wonder which administration is to blame?

Were to blame , everyone wants the federal government to handle everything . we lost control at the lower levels and no one is held responsible . local school boards don't give a damn what the parents concerns are . people don't vote locally . big Government will take care of us . Hows that working out

Yup 100% agree. Now, do to the entitled generation you can't even speak about who you voted for without risk of harm to you or your property. It is crazy how bad this country, meaning the government and certain people wise, in a few short years.
