Angelo's AUTISM Journey: Developmental Milestone

The stages that infant or kids learn things is called Developmental Milestone. These includes social, mental, physical, speech and emotion as well as bahavior.

A child with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) with regards to developmental milestone like Angelo can be advance but later on regress and majority of these developmental milestone was late. Angelo learned to walk by himself at the age of 1 year and 5months which is a little late. He can say words during his 1 year of age but suddenly gone. He preffered to play by himself which affected his social skills. He spits when he can not have the things he wanted even hurt himself. But all these things was before he was diagnosed.

As I mention on my past post ''Angelo's Autism Journey: The Diagnosis '' https://steemit.com/autism/@pierre-anna28/angelo-s-autism-journey-the-diagnosis that Angelo was diagnosed when he was 3 years old. With therapy that he started in our home country and continues day care service/therapy service here in Japan really improved his skills and development.

He can now play with his friends, sing songs and do activities in his might.

He started to explore and joined excursions. He even went to Himeji Castle (a UNESCO world heritage site) at Himeji, Kobe, Hyogo, Japan with his friends and teachers.
I am grateful that Japan really showcases the best program for their special people including my son.

Every excursion day, he eat by himself together with friends and teachers. Teaching him to be independent.

The good program they have for my son really help him a lot, still way more to go but it was a good start. The love and support of the whole family for him also help him to be confident.
