How timely this post. We saw a wonderful documentary on BBC2 this week about a TV presenter, Chris Packham. He is an amazing person knowledgeable about wildlife and flora fauna, you name it. This was his story about his Autism and the spectrum he is on - Aspbergers. Very talented and aware of what he calls his 'disability' but I believe that very talented people with Asbergers are creative. My husband quite recently said that he believes he is on the spectrum. It made immediate sense to me. He is immensely talented and has some of the traits displayed by Chris Packham. I thought it very brave of Mr packham to do this programme as it was certainly educational. They should be celebrated not shunned. Thank you for this post.
