Austrian Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economy (BMWFW) and experts met to define an Austrian Blockchain Strategy. The aim is to prevent brain drain from overregulated Austria to countries like Malta and Switzerland. 9 crispy action recommendations shall wake up homo bureaucraticus maximus in still prevalent incrusted structures
