Australian Ninja Games
A few gym owners and a couple of website dudes have all been getting together to create a Ninja League in Australia. There have already been a huge number of events in the last year (and like, none the year before because it didn't exist), which you can see here on the Australian Ninja Warrior Events Calendar. If a past event has a Report hyperlink next to it, it means you can read what happened in that comp.
Linking all the individual gym competitions into one huge Australian league will give competitors a change to compete on different courses, against different opponents under different rulesets. You can train on ninja obstacles all day every day, but it's important to put yourself in similar stresses that the television show Australian Ninja Warrior puts you in, so you can perform well on the big stage.
We've still got a lot to set up... our logo needs tweaking and we need to confirm all the events for the year, as well as confirm the prizes for the finals, but we do have a list of venues and a website set up:

Very exciting year to be an Australian Ninja Warrior. The TV show is going to be amazing (they finished filming in December on Ninja Island and I'm guessing it'll be aired around June) and with the Australian Ninja Games (ANG) as well as a number of Aussie Ninjas flying to the US to compete, 2018 is looking epic!
