A psychiatrist who decided to delve into the world of cryptocurrency. An entrepreneur who grew his company from zero to 450 clients in three years and plans to double that number in 2019. A doctor who set up Australia’s first combined Women’s and Children’s Health Clinic (Western Specialist Centre) in St Albans. And the three—Dr Prashanth Puspanathan, Jitendra Bhansali and Dr Preeti Khillan all have one thing in common—they are all winners of Indian Executive Club Awards. The three are joined by other shining stars from the Indian community such as Nikhil Daftary of Coral Healthcare and the brains behind Moments Condoms, Reinuka Sharma, an emerging leader in consultancy and Ketan Kale, a general manager at Coles, who spearheaded a program that helped save his company millions of dollars. Read all about them in this special issue.

In this, our last issue of 2018, we also present to you other leading lights of the Indian community here in Australia. The Who's Who brings to the fore Indians who have made their mark on the business front here in the capital as well as across Australia.

The Indian community in Victoria makes up 40 per cent of the Indian Diaspora in Australia. And we like to celebrate the dreamers, planners and seekers every chance we get.

We would also like to thank Coin Centric, Ferntree Gully Nissan, Aitken Partners and Montara wines for their support in helping us deliver another successful IEC Awards.

And of course The Indian Sun advertisers and readers for their ongoing support in 2018.

Till we meet again.

Happy 2019!
