Despite the “bear market”, the number of cryptocurrency ATMs in the world doubled over the year and reached 4,000.

According to Data Light, 6 cryptocurrency ATMs were installed every day in 2018. As a result, their number reached 4051. Of these, almost all work with BTC, 2421 with LTC, about 2000 with ETH, 729 with Dash. Other popular cryptocurrencies are Zcash (67), Dogecoin (79) and Monero (128).
According to another resource, ATM Radar, 4,085 cryptocurrency ATMs are installed in 76 countries in the world. The vast majority of them are located in North America, primarily in the United States.
In the UK, the number of such devices has exceeded 200, and in Central Europe - 750. South America (65) and Australia (54) follow.
