Australian army installation on high-ready after Russian activities

Sydney [Australia], Dec 30 : An Australian army installation in Darwin was put on high-alarm after Russian key aircraft led route practices near the nation, flying out of an Indonesian army installation, prior this month.

The base in Darwin was quickly put on a condition of "expanded status" toward the beginning of December amid the activities, as Russian vital planes - including two atomic competent Tu-95s - ceased over at Indonesia's Biak Airbase for five days from December 4, the neighborhood media announced.
