Paralympic Sprinter, Leeper keeps hope alive for the Tokyo Olympics.

I believe that, the world of sports has seen and will continue to see amazing individuals breaking the barriers and this here is Blake Leeper, a paralympian doing amazing feats with prothetics.
Leeper 29, was born with his legs missing below the knees and has worn prosthetics since he was 9 months old and continued to use it to compete in athletics.
The paralympia doesn't allow his disability to stand in the way of his dream as he once was quoted saying.. “Just because I am differently abled doesn’t mean there’s limitations and barriers set on me.”
Having to compete has been quite an inspiration as Leeper competes with blade-like prosthetics with men who have their feets in tact. The prosthetics he wears is similar to what South African Oscar Pistorius employed at the 2012 London Olympics. He finished fifth in the men's 400-meters final and now sets his sight at the Tokyo Olympics coming next Summer., which is a good thing because, he has earned his place.

My Thoughts.

Sports is an amazing life changer and a boundary breaker and we have seen over decades how exceptional individuals have sprung up from obscurity to fame.
Leeper is an exceptional case and he has proved he is ready to fight for what he believes in and what he believes in is, he isn't gonna be stopped by his disability.
Running on one's feet isn't an easy thing to do and then having to do it with Prosthetics is something that calls for applause. And he ended a 400-meters race in the fifth position.
The resolve not be tagged as disabled has driven the 29-year-old Leeper and he is not set to compete in the Tokyo Olympics even if it looks like it is a tall ambition.
Everyone cannot be born equal but we all can choose to be who we want to be and that is what this champ is doing.
