Happy 8/8 Lionsgate in an 11 year and on the day that is the middle of Mercury Rx and Venus in Libra, who is on the world axis and super Galactic center black hole, opposes Chiron in Aries and makes an inconjunct aspect to Uranus (who stationed Rx yesterday) in Taurus. The Moon is now in the sign she rules, Cancer, and the inner transformation and potential for healing could barely be more heightened.

8 is the number of balance of power and infinity. 11 is a gateway and the upcoming Eclipse is on the 11th.

No more potent point of healing exists than that of the Super-Galactic Center. It discriminates against no one and blesses those in contact with it by giving them a quick joyride into the wonderful realm of their most potent essential nature. Chiron is the teacher, healer, Shaman who, at the beginning of Aries is bringing the potential for healing your relationship with your essential self.

Aries is the ‘I am’ and, quite frankly is behaving like a recalcitrant and stubborn teenager (no offense to teenagers) who is being drawn into the wormhole of change reluctantly with seven retrogrades.

Held back by barriers that are formidable. Up against yourself hard, you are shadowboxing with personal propensities for becoming swept away by the lower self. You take a perverse thrill in adopting the stance that is rebellious, angry, and distinctive. Driven by impulse to constellate the archetype of the one in trouble, of the outlaw, of the dark stranger. In love with the idea of being self-consciously different, and running wild with it. Bursts and episodes. You get taken over and played through. This is adolescence in its most naked terms, but very hard to outgrow. The one who will not apologize, who does not change. Convinced that being against is a strong position. A very easy character to project upon, for all of life is sensed as a continuous projection and reality is up for grabs and hard to find.

We are being drawn to that opposite point. Venus in Libra on the Super Galactic Center. Libra represents projection and reflection on the other and we need to remember that all is a reflection of the self. Take note of what comes into your awareness because it reflects something in you. Take all these messages into your inner deep black hole ready to spit out something renewed and changed.

Currently Venus is in aspect to Rx Saturn in Capricorn, Lilith and Rx and out of bounds Mars in Aquarius, Rx Chiron in Aries and Rx Uranus in taurus.

We are literally being bitten by the snake of transformation and initiation and the Chandra symbol for the degree for Venus reflects this.

Existence itself initiates those who are given over to its rigors and its lessons, but being so exposed to the evolutionary edge is exceedingly challenging. Transformation is a constant at all levels. Everything is becoming something else, metamorphosing before your eyes, propelled into the most extreme states imaginable. You feel the greatest anguish and loss, the most huge elation and bursts of freedom. Finger on the pulse of collective cycles, right on the cutting edge, you are committed to planetary changes personally and pervasively. You absolutely feel the impact of what is going on and what needs to go on. Virtually spun out to infinity by what it all means. Drawn toward the basic and the simple for breath. Destiny obsessed. Rabidly thrown into the midst. You come out the other side either lost and confused and staggered, or ready for anything, courageous, visionary, and an incredible generator of shared possibilities unlimited.

You have complete free will in how you traverse this period and whether you come out the other side lost and confused or ready for anything. Face it head on. Face your inner demons and befriend them. Get to know them and love them and they will have less power over you.

In other news today we have Mercury CAZIMI (in the heart of the Sun) from around 4.20 pm MDT until midnight. For many of you this will be while you sleep.

Cazimi is the sweet spot in the middle of the retrograde where clear information and messages are beamed into our consciousness. This will occur whether you are awake or asleep so pay attention to any and all messages. There is a beam of consciousness that will enable you to burn off beliefs that stop you from following your heart’s desire.
