PHASE FOUR INSTRUCTIONS PART 6

Okay, to further explain a technique we’re going to use, I want to remind you of the function of associative memory. Hold either hand out in front of you, far enough that you can see it, and fold the four fingers over onto the palm as far towards the wrist as far as they will go. Not making a tight fist, but folding the fingers onto the palm gently, with the thumb extended outward, away from the hand. This is the gesture of sincere gratitude. You can use it to reproduce a state of sincere gratitude. By mentally locking onto that feeling of sincere gratitude and visually associating that feeling with the gesture, you can then recreate the intensity of sincere gratitude as often as you want. You are able to access the memory of the feeling through making the gesture and watching your hand as you do it. You may or may not feel an actual physical sensation in the memory of sincere gratitude, but you will, indeed, experience it mentally. If you can remember a time from the past when you felt pain, if you go into that memory, you do not actually, physically, experience the pain, but the mental sensation is very real. Likewise, it will be so with sincere gratitude. Use this gesture of folding your fingers over your palm to reconnect with the feeling of sincere gratitude. Then, fold your thumb onto your index finger with the question “What are my intentions?” This question connects you with the goals and plans you outlined, bringing your final objectives into the moment and vitalizing them with strong feelings. This brings the power of both gratitude and intention into visualized focus. Your thoughts are then broadcast into the ether around the planet with focused energy. You connect your mind, body, and spirit through your powerful intention, the physical motion of your hand, and the strength of sincere gratitude. You can make this gesture and visualize your intentions as often as you like and each time you gesture and visualize your intentions, with the essence of sincere gratitude, you empower the synchronicity of events to bring you what you need for completion of your intentions
