How do we distinguish the "Well" of "Evil"?

How do we distinguish the "Well" of "Evil"? Where is the source of our actions? Where they are located the foundations of what we experience as our being? What makes us feel happy or not? What is the origin of our decisions?

The answer to all these questions converge in a common factor which is important to us is determined by our values. Are the values (health, love, freedom, growth, sharing, innovation ...) that give meaning to what we do and without it most of the time we realize it, guide all our emotional states, thoughts and actions. And as we have often not aware of our values, we ended up not having control over our lives.

The ignorance of our values may have nothing pleasant consequences. Thus, for example, hesitations and internal conflicts are the result of conflicting values (for example, security and adventure, money and freedom); excessive wear of energy in our daily life may be the result of the unconscious attempt to escape certain negative values (ingratitude, coercion, imperfection, uncontrollable ...); frustration obtained after goals may originate in ignorance of what the hierarchically most important goals as well as the absence of the distinction between what is truly important to you and the values that are essentially not yours but of others.

It is based on the values we develop our rules (beliefs) that just by considering how truths and that both can facilitate how difficult our lives . Hinder us especially when formulated in terms of what I do not want: if you do not believe me I am unnecessary (some values: need, belonging, truth ...); I am a failure if it does not support the other (values: success, help ...).

The awareness of the values and beliefs is the first step to healthier choices and to conduct a more fulfilled life. NLP has this awareness as an end so that it can be harmonized increasing among its ultimate goals, the unique sensation of your Being based on the values and beliefs to activate all your talents and guide your actions in the world .
