The Weird and Wonderful World of ASMR ✨ ASMR for your Inner Child

What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) also known as Braingasm, 'head tingles', 'AIHO' (attention-induced head orgasm), 'AIE' (attention-induced euphoria) is as sensory experience triggered by stimulating sounds, slow, accented, or unique speech patterns, visual stimulus body language, repetitions, tone of voice, well-defined noises.

The sensation is produced by oxytocin refers to as “the cuddle hormone or the feel-good hormone “It’s the same molecules involved when an infant is comforted by its mother. . . . It’s endorphins, it’s oxytocin, it’s serotonin” experienced as waves of tingles often moves down the spine and through the limbs.

Now while ASMR is mainly used for relaxation or pure entertainment, i combine it with purposeful narratives (guided visualization) as a conducive element for altered state of consciousness.

I delicately infuse ASMR triggers and sacred acoustics with my spoken words to alter brainwave rhythms from normal waking consciousness to heightened states of awareness.
On a more neuro-biological level, we are creating a new reference point in our nervous system, new neurological pathways to move past stiff patterns bringing us access to the all-prevading potential of being human.

The more you practice these altered state of consciousness the more you create new neurological patterns in your brain, until they become available to you in your daily life.
