Your very question shows your lack of understanding of the nuances of the word, 'judgmental.'

If A subscribes to a set of standards in personal matters (usually pertaining to ethics and morality) and in ordinary conversation passes a judgement on B saying B has not met A's standards, then A is being judgmental.

Seeing A doing so, if I say A is being judgmental then I am merely making an observation.

For instance, in this conversation with @papi.mati, you called him sick. That is a judgmental call you made based on the moral (or other) standards you subscribe to.

By saying you are judgmental in the previous paragraph, I am merely making an observation that you have made a judgmental call based on your standards.

When you are judgmental, you are trying to pass off as if you possess or subscribe to a superior standard than the person being judged. That is superiority complex, a mental sickness many religious people suffer from.

In the previous paragraph, I said, 'That is superiority complex, a mental sickness many religious people suffer from.' Can you now tell me whether I am being judgmental or making an observation here?

Hopefully the above little lesson has taught you the difference between, 'being judgmental' and 'making an observation.'
