Restore Our Forest

Posting my paintings today tells the dangers of forest destruction for our earth. Illegal loggers continue to destroy Aceh's forests without preventing anything, even if destroying forests is against the rule. There does not seem to be anything left to prevent violations

Through this painting I tried to shout "Do not destroy our forest"

The last nine years of Aceh forest destruction reached 290 thousand hectares. It is estimated that the deforestation rate in the province is about 32,000 hectares per year due to poor forest governance and illegal activities

Recorded Aceh's forest area in 2006 of 3.34 million hectares. Now only 3.050 million hectares.

Forest and forestry cluster data 2006-2099 (GCF) for 3.34 million Aceh forests fell to 3.18 million hectares in 2009.
