Importing sketchup models into blender

If for some reason you ever end up with importing Sketchup model into Blender (via .collada/.obj/or something else). You most likely will have to clean this model a lot. Most likely you should remove double vertices, then delete unused faces/ materials. Clean up geometry, fix non planar n-gons, close gaps, Sometimes doing model from scratch is much less work to do :)
