Abstract Dreams, part 2 of 3
Delving deeper and deeper into the dreamscapes made by algorithmically processed images (wow!), I hereby present to you the newly discovered vistas, molded by digital subconscious activity:

What is this Deep Dream Generator App though, can you take any photo and use that app on it?
Hey, thanks for your comment! You can upload any image to the Deep Dream generator and then apply a style on it; styles can also be uploaded by you, selected from a group of offered ones in the app, or you can use a style that was previously used by other users. There are so many combinations and different settings that can keep you occupied for days!

Yes, those eyes developed from the Deep Dream, as the style image was applied on the fractal I made. Here is the original fractal for the second picture: "They Are Billions" (right click & open in new tab for details) -- only a part of that fractal was used for the Dream.

i could definitely put that up on the wall. You could spend hours looking into the detail and finding new things. So much color and images in the abstract. A great hanging piece for any room.

@nyarlathotep Your name suits this piece as well. I do enjoy reading Lovecraftian stories and this art speaks about the mythos on initial impression. This is like what people would probably see when they gaze upon the gods. I bet if this was converted into a gif, havign a rhythmic pulsation or an accompanied audio of eerie elements, it would boost the cosmic horror feel to it. This piece IS what the normal mind could not describe so easily. So complex and trivial.
Hehe, thank you for the eldritch comment! These dreamy fractals seem like the visage of the outer gods captured in a point in time, indeed! Your idea about pulsation & audio is wonderful, but I have no skill in either medium. Perhaps some skilled artist like @whornung might make an animated image of those.
It's a good start at capturing a still image before going insane from their totality. The gods were described as kaleidoscopic beings, several eyeballs, rhythmic pulsations and distortion of the visual-temporal-spatial relations. Some parts teleport at random within the form but then again there is no randomness to a form but only a form which the mind could not predict a pattern therefore it exists outside human patter recognition. Weird. Haha, what I meant to say is that this still image just captures a gist of the totality and even when viewed as a whole, I still won't get it.

You've got some really rich colors in there and absolutely loads of details. I like it "digital subconscious activity" dang robots are going to take over everything before long. They can already play chess better than most of the world. Now they can help make art... lol

Thank you, glad you liked the picture and the app -- there are so many cool services in the web, its hard to find them all out on your own, so any help is valuebale! The original was a fractal made in JWildFire, named They Are Billions, inspired by watching the gameplay of the game with the same name ;)
I see a very deep and sophisticated theme to this art of yours, in fact I see a maze of mysteries that runs deeper into another maze of mysteries of the unseen subconscious activities of man/nature if I'm spot on.
the colours you used are so magnifying I can't seem to loosely interprete your intentions with way this Gothic art looks, however I love the way you dazzled the ordinary mind, fascinated me with you ability to create such a beautiful stuff, it must have taken so much time to perfect it. Thank you for your analysis :) They say that a craftsman knows right from the start what his finished work will be, while the artist has no specific goal and his work changes dynamically as he goes on. Well, I don't consider myself an artist, but with fractals you never know where the journey will lead you, you just enjoy the ride!

There are two problems: 1) You only have very very limited control over the end results, and 2) The results are in low definition, 1MP maximum. But, sure, it is fascinating and surprising to experiment with the generator!
Hey @nyarlathotep, thank you for such amazing artwork, it is a truth nobody knows what is inside of our brain, the thoughts, ideas and our emotions all flying with probably speed of light and while we are dreaming there are some activity too. I think you reflected that very well, the descent colors for me transmitting the moment of sleep and calm, when the mind need recharging so that during the day the high speed autobahns start their chaotic but the same time organised life again.
