Most of us can easily love our own children or our partners.
We may be always giving to others and we always sacrifice for others.
Our love may not have any expectations and we may be pouring out without refilling.
Have we taken a time to love ourselves?
Learn to love ourselves by taking time for ourselves especially for housewives who use their time fully on their families.
Love ourselves by taking a walk at the park and reflect on the goodness of life.
Appreciate ourselves for everything we are doing even if others do not show appreciation to us.
Take time to smell the flowers and the great nature.
Flowers have grown beautifully with great effort by gardeners and the greatest reward for the gardeners is seeing them grown beautifully.
Our greatest reward as we give our love and care can be the growth of our children.
It can also be the job we love so much and dedicated to it with our whole life. The joy of seeing the growth of an organisation that we are involved can be a reward even if no one appreciates us.
Learn to comfort, love and give ourselves a pat even if no one does it to us.
