In my country when somebody is honoured this way, he often says this traditional phrase:
"Zajebioza! Nie jestem Ci godzien strugać ołówków!"
which roughly means:
"I'm truly hon'r'd. May thy cats giveth birth to sextuplets"
Well, im my country you Just say a universal phrase "o kurwa" which means basicaly all above
It's my everyday point od view 😀
