That looks very good. Winter melon is new to me, so I went and looked it up. It wasn't exactly what I was expected. When you said melon, I thought, that looks kind of like a honeydew melon, but I've never heard of cooking it before, especially wrapped around meat. Now I get that winter melon is more of a vegetable.
Does it taste like anything else that would help to describe it's flavor. I like the fact that the neither the meat or the winter melon come out greasy tasting.
I think it's great the diversity and cultures of food we can have here. Need to try it sometime. :)
