what is this fly doing? Do you know ?

did you ever find a fly stick somewhere ,and you couldn't recognize he is dead or alive , or even why he act like that ,
Maybe they had a heart attack wahahahhahh , who knows ,
and what is that drop water in his mouth , weeeeeeeeeeeeeiiii lol

i'm not in science about insects , but i need to search about it , hopefully i'll find the answer , if anyone knows the reason so i'll be happy to hear it

forget that cute fly and enjoy watching this wonderful tree in my garden :)
