Painkillers and Whiskey. Drawing with ink and blood.
This is going to get a bit dark. This drawing titled "Painkillers and Whiskey" was a rather dark time in my life. I don't remember doing it all, but there are a couple things I can say about it.
As the title suggests during this period I was really hooked on painkillers. On top of that, drinking while snorting or swallowing painkillers. I used to get needles from a friend of mine who works in a lab, and I would take blood out of my arm and put it onto paper. That is the dark red/brown areas in this piece. I also signed it with the needle and blood. (Anthony Christopher)
Scrawled in the middle of this piece are the words "i found god a few times... they were painkillers and whiskey, but it will do."
I don't mess around with my blood anymore.

Right on! Thank you.
It's verry dark, but there was a reason behind the analgesics and the wiskey, something that started everything, but which works so excellent, I like the way in which I draw a pencil, excellent.
This is dark.
I'm glad you stopped doing the needles and painkillers thing.

Yes. I have some other old blood pieces to share. Sometime down the road.
If I understood him right, he didn´t do a "needle thing" with his body, he just used them to drain some blood for the picture out of his body :)
But that is bad also! NO needle anywhere around body, okay XD.
