i can move more then i could two days ago so im enjoying it a bit lol but im still on pain pill to sit up on chair
What happened to you??
pulled pinched some thing so i wasnt able to move much but if any one asked if was due to the war lol with 60 ninjas 2 battleships and 2 midgets with guns
I also have a pinched nerve in my lower back..not nice!

set my self back a lil but im geting by lol i was feeling so nice i over did it and set my self back a day or 2 in recovery dang it

always need a break even if i take too many some days lol
