Of the Butterfly Effect
Just act natural

Perched on a parched and soiled rooftop
Vulcan’s blade is refined with Intention’s fire
Fueled by marchers and toiling against
He Who Gorges on a Godless Trade

He cuts down external noise, poking
through his dark mind is a jagged lava cave,
Stoking and storing icy endeavors
Hollowed by Juno’s tool
Abandonment’s hot spot, rippling,
Cruel and crippling soundwave

The trap now complete, he prepares
to strap power into the seat, aware of justice
His smoldering conscience
Seeks a blessing

A raindrop-shaped vessel releases Venus
Stirring hope, a tide of transformation
A clarion carried on Culture’s current

Quench your needy soul in my waters
Nourish thirsty seeds in the river
Blend the collective deeds with the Giver
Pour the soothing wine

Washing away self doubt and insecurity
Cooling a sense of constricting unclarity
Flooding the influence of human calamity
Crashing from her soul, oceans of
fragrance flows, divine

Drenched in anticipation

Weeding out the unkind

Dirty nails and aching back
Expectations fill the sack
Humility is a worm’s eye view
Shadowed by a gritty sprout who grew
Awe inspiring

As the sun sets over the smog line
Diana rises and shines in a half smile
Silhouetted by universal exhaustion

Taking in the dollhouse view, her identity
reposted by River’s shimmering feed
Feeding two birds with one hand
Handling mind and matter
Choice and chatter
Choosing the former
Bracing for the bleed

 Sharpen your blade on my wrath
 Wash my acid tongue in your bath
 Walk the moonlit garden of love’s path
