[Notice] Artisteem Posting Guidelines
아티스팀 포스팅 관리기준
아티스팀은 인간의 타고난 재능이 온전히 계발되고 발산될 때, 그리고 그 재능을 인정받고 그를 통하여 정체성을 찾게 될때 진정한 행복을 느끼게 될 것이라는 믿음을 가지고 July 15, 2018. 시작한 재능인 기반 소셜 재능 컨텐츠 플랫폼입니다. 그 본래의 취지를 이어가기 위해 우리는 이 플랫폼 콘텐츠의 성격을 다음과 같이 규정하고 공정하고 건강하게 유지해 나가기를 원합니다. 참여하시는 모든 분들이 힘을 합쳐 이 원래의 취지와 목표를 잘 감당해 가기를 소망합니다. 여러분들의 공감과 협조에 감사를 드립니다.
1. 서비스 언어 - 제목과 프로필은 영어가 기본
아티스팀은 세계 각국의 재능인들이 동참하는 글로벌 플랫폼을 지향합니다. 따라서 콘텐츠 제목과 프로필은 영어로 작성하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 그 밖에 작품 소개나 댓글에는 구글 번역서비스를 지원합니다. 따라서 자국어 사용이 가능합니다. (리뉴얼후인 12월부터)
2. 콘텐츠 카테고리
아티스팀의 콘텐츠 카테고리는 아티스트 중심의 재능 컨텐츠 전반이며, 이미지, 사진을 비롯 추후 동영상으로 구현되는 콘텐츠까지 포함합니다.

2-4. 음악(리뉴얼후)
2-5. 댄스(리뉴얼후)
2-6. 엔터테인먼트(리뉴얼후)
3. 플랫폼 구성
아티스팀 플랫폼은 콘테스트와
일반창작 및 큐레이션으로 구성되어 있습니다.
3-1. 콘테스트[CO] : 정해진 테마를 통해 일정기간 경연 및 시상 방식
3-2. 일반창작[CR] : 테마와 관계없이 자유로운 창작활동 출품
3-3. 큐레이션[CU] : 수준높은 예술작품을 소개(작가, 출처명시 및 감상평 필수)
4. 랭킹점수 산정 기준
출품한 작품들은 아티스팀의 기준에 의거
점수가 산정되고 순위가 정해집니다.
4-1. 점수구성 : 1리스펙=2점, 1SBD=10점, 1댓글=1점
4-2. 산정기준 : 보팅봇, 외부보팅 및 셀프보팅은 점수산정에 제외.
★ 셀프보팅은 허용되며 랭킹점수 산정시에만 제외됩니다.
5. 보팅 심사 기준
우수한 작품들에 대해서 아티스팀은
작가 보상 및 큐레이션 보상이 있습니다.
5-1. 개별 콘테스트는 총 100스팀의 별도의 보상이 있습니다.
5-2. 일일 총 가용 보팅파워의 90%를 CO+CR+CU 출품작에 보팅 지원합니다.
5-3. 가용 보팅파워의 10% 를 우수댓글에 대해 보팅 지원
★ 심사 기준 : 랭킹점수(50%) + 아티스팀 내부심의(50%)
6. 표절 및 저작권
큐레이션의 경우 반드시 소개하는 작가명, 출처를 명시해야 하며 무엇보다도 본인의 감상평이 필수적으로 포함되어야 합니다. 만약 일부내용을 인용시에는 반드시 인용마크를 표시해야 합니다.
※ 저작권 위배로 인한 문제 발생시 모든 법적 책임은 큐레이터 본인에게 있음을 유념하시기 바랍니다.
7. 콘텐츠 퀄리티
아티스팀은 재능인들의 뛰어난 재능을 선의의 경쟁을 통해 계발, 성장케 하고 아름다운 작품들의 공유를 통해 감동과 영감을 주는 콘텐츠 플랫폼입니다. 따라서 출품되는 작품들은 아래의 콘텐츠 관리기준을 충족하여야 합니다.
7-1. 콘테스트 출품은 반드시 본인이 창작한 작품에 한합니다.
7-2. 큐레이션 출품은 반드시 작가, 출처, 감상평을 명시하여야 합니다.
7-3. 콘테스트 주제와 무관한 작품의 출품은 제한됩니다.
7-4. 후방주의 콘텐츠는 허용되지 않습니다: 선정적, 폭력적, 비호감적, 혐오스러운, 정치색이 짙은 작품
7-5 장난성의 포스팅은 제한됩니다.
7-6. 저화질의 이미지나 사진, 스크린샷은 허용되지 않습니다.
★ 상기 관리기준에 위배되는 콘텐츠는 아티스팀 플랫폼에서 블라인드 처리될 수 있으며 반복시에는 활동이 제한될 수 있음을 알려드립니다.
블랙리스트 관리
아티스팀은 공정하고 퀄리티 높은 커뮤니티 플랫폼을 유지하기 위해
블랙리스트를 관리합니다.
[하기사례 참조 ]
- 지속적으로 콘텐츠의 표절을 반복하는 경우
- 저급한 콘텐츠를 지속적으로 업로드 하는 경우
- 댓글을 복사, 붙이기 등으로 반복해서 올리는 경우
블랙리스트에 오르게 되면 1차적으로 30일간 보팅을 받을수 없게 되며, 영구 블랙리스트에 오르게 되면 영구적으로 보팅 지원에서 제외됩니다.
※ 이 가이드라인은 2018년 10월 26일부터 적용 및 시행됩니다.

I have been closely watching the artisteem tag and posts created under it. I found several posts that do not fit your curation criteria and are upvoted. These posts include plagiarized posts or content that claimed to have been painted but really a photo with added computer effects to make it seem painted.
I believe your tag is being misused by some people who want to make money from your upvotes without providing any valuable artistic content in the platform in return. I hope to speak with a representative from your team to discuss these matters.
For now, I have taken initiative to report plagiarized posts to @steemcleaners but this is not enough to discourage the bad content creators from abusing your community's tag.

hello @adamada I really agree with, your direction for @artisteem, but if you want to report the post that cheats it, you have to point to the link from where it came from.
I really hope this contest runs smoothly ...
steem goes ahead if there are events like contest @artisteem.

I already do that. My reports will be invalidated if I had no source for the abuse. Want to know what is a good example of abusing the tag? here. That post does not contain the slightest hint of calligraphy.
Calligraphy is done by hand. If you use a software to render those characters, then it can be considered Digital Calligraphy, however, you'd have to use a stylus pen and a software to render that type of art. If you tell me that post is an example of digital calligraphy, then tell me what program you used, model of graphics tablet, and settings of your brush (the size, brush settings, opacity, jitters and blending). But the point is that your photo doesn't even show it's hand drawn on stylus.
That is considered being fraud and a violation to the contest criteria set by Artisteem.
