Artificial intelligence doom or salvation?

On my previous post I was talking about humanity, economics, corruption, and other problems we are facing as a specie...
Here is what i believe can be one of or maybe the only way to create a world without corruption and poverty...

We have the resources and technology for everyone to have everything they need or want... the only reason why is not like that now is because of greed and corruption... If all of humanity ware pulling to the same direction for the common good, we would have now an utopian world, so...

There are more than 7 billion people on this planet, huge amount of resources and needs, the variables to consider are impossible to fit in a human brain so nobody can really see the complete picture.
At this point we are starting to build computers that are capable of storing the whole human knowledge thousands of times and going through it in a second. If we create an artificial intelligence that can learn and correlate our data and we give it access to all what we learned through our history... what it would be capable of...
Just imagine, a brain that contains all our scientific data, all our social , economic, geographic, resources... Everything we know... This Ai can do logic connections almost instantly... There are al least two different ways it could go... One is the terminator way... we are just not necessary and we are making more bad than good so, just take us out of the equation... the other, and i think maybe the solution we need. Any intelligence smart enough would be good, not bad...
Our Ai, or New God, can take everything in consideration in a second and give us the answers we need to end poverty, end corruption, make a perfect world for us and for every living being... Remember, the only reason we don't have that now is because greed and corruption... Greed i think, is not something that an Ai would have... and even then, anyone intelligent enough can tell that working all together everyone gets a better deal. Nobody loses...
I know, you may say im dreaming... but, what a hek, if we stopt aiming high we better just lay down and die...

I still wanna explain a lot about how the established power is controlling everything and keeping most humans in the dark of ignorance being "happy slaves" but that's material for another post...
