Using AI & Design-Thinking for Improving UX (User eXperience)
Found this very interesting video by AI & Games, and the creator seems to know a great deal when it comes to combining AI and UX. He talks mainly about games too so that's quite relevant, given the premise that most apps these days (including something like Steemit or some other variant) could use an intensive "gamification" side to make things sticky and interesting. Perhaps even bringing the best out of user nature / behaviour. Just particularly inspired by this video today and thought it might be of interest around here :)
Well, it's been happening around this platform, in some limited way. There are a few bot initiatives actually evolving to becoming smarter, and better in promoting balance in user behaviour. Even the way the bots speak are becoming more polite, and its actions fairer - as the programmers themselves are learning over time!
Interesting watch! I was curious of how the alien AI was constructed, he seems to have some good theories as to how it works.
The true potential of games that no other medium has, is that it can be specifically tailored to the player. This game and the alien AI is a small step in the right direction. I hope to see even more intricate systems in the future.
Indeed there are alot of smart ways to make a good one, many developers have taken granted of AIs and just make them pretty much subpar!
Time to come, i think bots are going to start upvoting comments
