How to make dimsum skin:

First prepare a large container or bowl then put all ingredients to make dumpling skin except tapioca flour.
Stir - stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed and smooth.

The best way to make shrimp dimsum is:

Then all the ingredients that have been prepared just put in a medium sized bowl and stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Then prepare dumpling skin (ready to use) and fill it with the shrimp dough that has been cooled in the refrigerator, then bend the four edges until they stick , so that it is easier during the process of bending the tip of the dumpling skin just give a little water to the end of the skin.

Next prepare a steaming pan filled with enough water and wrap the lid with using a clean washcloth so that moisture does not drip on the steamed dimsum, then place a base with banana leaves on the inside of the steaming pan (placed on a sieve).
Wait until the water boils. If the water has boiled, then put the shrimp dimsum into the steaming pan and do not forget to give the distance between dimsum with each other.
Steam the shrimp dimsum for approximately 20 minutes until the shrimp dimsum is cooked.
Once the dimsum of the shrimp is cooked, remove and place the dimsum of the shrimp on a serving plate.
