Sadness invades me. Sadness persists
in clouding the clear paths of love;
my caresses hurt me, the kisses you gave me.

The spirit bleeds. Hope is sad,
the future has no color crystals;
within sadness the smile does not exist,
and the soul oppresses us the claw of pain.

I have never been sad. Joy is my key.
You know it, and God knows it too.
Take my sadness I want to say goodbye.

And stay dreaming of your divine eyes,
with your laugh that has bells and trills
and that says my name with arpeggios of God.
