Art Explosion Week 15 - Theme - Change | My Entry - KaleidoFractal
Best Viewed Full Screen!
I am fortunate to be able to have access to the tools required to create this art and also the time to pursue my passion.
I created this type of art for the theme this week - "Change" because to me, the fractal art which I create is always changing, but by taking the fractal image that I've created and adding it to a kaleidoscope app and making it animate just feels like it covers the theme in a complete way.
You can actually watch the change taking place and video is the best way to do that.
You will be able to see the other entries involved this week on @juliakponsford's timeline.
I would love your feedback on this piece!
As always, thank you for viewing!

STOPThis was mesmerizing, thank you for the entry :)
Glad you got sucked into it, they have a habit of doing that. I wanted to do something expressing Change, so happy you enjoyed it!
OHO - thats a GRANDE fractal Video ...
How long did you rendered for this Jewel ?
Greetz and have a cool Fractal Time :-)
Thanks very much mate!
I rendered the fractal to 3840x2160 in JWildfire and it took only a short time relatively, probably about 20 min.
Then I dropped that image into an android app called Kaleidoscope Lime and setup the window in a couple different ways - Hexagon and then Circular and animated theose in the KLime app.
I used a screen recording app called DU Recorder to record the animations and the edited those in that app and then joined them together and added some tunes from freesfx.co.uk.
Altogether, it probably took about three hours of actual work. I have several in my YTube page so can get them done pretty quickly.
Thanks for the comments mate!
yooh - cool Workflow - and the result is really"GRANDE"
i think you are also an technic freak like me and try something new -
THANKS & Have a great time :-)
