to make the form, nature, content, future course, etc., of (something) different from what it is or from what it would be if left alone.
Change always starts with the awareness that there is a need to change something. If you are unhappy with yourself or the world around you it first takes a decision to make a change. Then comes the 'act' which is the harder part. We can change the way we are just by making the decision to think different about ourselvels. And then we 'act' and change our thinking.
...Einstein put it simple:
My painting for the Art Explosion Week 15 is about change. About reaching higher realms...and the new difficulties they can bring.
Everything is in constant motion - no rest!
