Faun/Elf Pendant
This is one piece of carving -
the one side is shown an elf face
and on the other side is a faun face
This is a hand made carving
out of ten thousand years old piece of Mammoth.
Mammoth is found in Siberia And Alaska in permafrost,
It is evaluated scientifically and then brought into the free trade.

you can buy mammoth here in Germany legal ... no problem
... and its better to carve in mammoth
than in elephant-ivory where is blood on...

I imagine it is quite expensive though? I know about mammoth ivory but havent gotten around to ordering any. I have used tagua nuts instead, it is quite cheap and really nice to work with. Its also known as vegetable ivory. Have you tried that?
yes - mammoth isnt cheap , but i like the colors in the surface - it comes really antique.
Taguanut i have carved - its a good alternative stoff - thats right
