Today I felt like working on my long term project of painting the bathroom again. Since I am studying and working a lot I do not always find the right calm and happy mood to continue but today was just perfect. The bird I choose is the vulture. I think the vulture is an amazingly elegant and beautiful bird that has great social skills. There is a nice passage about the community behaviour of vultures in Kropotkins "Multual Aid". This is why the vulture is a symbol for anarchy and compassion for me. Also by feeding on carrion they are playing an important role for the circle of life. I hope this vulture will make friends with the duck and the shoebill that already live on that bathrooms walls. How do you feel about vultures?
