Hello steemians!
I had a conversation today with my grandparents about steemit. It basically went like this, "so there is this awesome site called steemit. You should put up your artwork on it!"
So I'm taking a leap here to share my grandfathers paintings with you guys. Quick backstory... My grandfather has been painting all his life. It's a passion and art runs in the family. So without further or do I would like to introduce a favorite of many.

Haha, it took a bit of explaining before any of it made sense too them. But I think they got it for the most part. They live comfortable enough to get by, I'm just trying to share his work. Would love it if his work kicked off and he made something of it. :)

That is lovely! That must be one of the paintings you were talking about on PYPT! I like the way he executed the cityscape in the background, but the two figures in the foreground are so simple, yet delightful! The colors selected for this piece are wonderful!
