Instructions brewing with Chemex:

• Boil water about 430 grams with temperatures around 93 degrees Celsius.

• Open the Chemex filter and paste it at the top, making sure the 3 sides of the filter are parallel to the Chemex mouth.

• Pour hot water into the filter. let the filter in place and defecate in it. Flush the filter of the goal to help remove the paper flavor from the filter.

• Milled coffee beans as much as 48 grams, ground with coarse (coarse) level above medium level.

• Place the coffee into the filter and wiggle to keep the coffee powder flat.

• Prepare your hot water, now it's time to Blooming , Slowly pour enough water over the coffee powder to wet it evenly (about 70 grams). Leave until the timer to 45 seconds.
  Hot water forces coffee to release the gas trapped inside, which causes the coffee to expand, surface, and produce a delicious aroma for you to enjoy.

• Start pouring water continuously with a rotating pattern. Try to avoid pouring directly in the middle of the coffee or the edge of the filter.
  Do the pattern until it reaches the weight you want in 4 minutes, remember it should not be more! and water should be poured slowly.
