remembering Gordin Bones RIP (painting of Jeff Broman?)

9 years ago I met up with my high school musician friends in a dorm room in Kenosha Wisconsin. Our goal was to make an album. The friends were Alex Brettin, Adam Pezen, and Jeff Broman. They each went on to become very great musicians.

Alex Brettin became the MILD HIGH CLUB

Adam Pezen became WAVY ID

Jeff Broman became GORDIN BONES

I ended up painting a picture on something I found at the thrift store that weekend. I was looking at it on PAUL'S wall the other day when I realized that it was Gordin Bones that I depicted in the work, since he was a professional keyboard player.

They were all really good musicians and I was always more of a visual artist.

I ended up spending most of my time videotaping us hanging out that weekend.

Jeff passed away in 2013. His music was very ahead of its time. Please enjoy
